Saint Flora's Academy for the Monstrous
If you ever stroll by the edge of Bavan, just a short jog from the main city line you might see a building that feels like it's been there for a very long time. The concrete fence is cracked and perhaps not the cleanest but the brass plate proudly states the name of the patchwork campus: the Saint Flora's Academy for the Monstrous, founded March 2022.
A plaque (that looks like it definitely was made afterwards and is very crudely etched) is the following:
RULES
1. This is a neutral zone. Don't care if you're human, monster, Fog or Fourth. No fighting and no hunting on the grounds. (Except in the gym. Sparring's fine.)
2. I repeat, NO EATING OF THE HUMANS WHO LIVE OR WORK HERE.
3. There's no monetary payment needed to live in the dorms.
3-A. Residents are required to help keep the kitchens filled and other residents honest about their meals.
3-B. Helping out with the grounds and protecting the humans who live or work here is also mandatory.
3-C. If you live in the dorms, you get a storage room free. This doesn't mean you can steal other people's shit.
4. Use of campus facilities are free to residents. Payment in either money or donations (food, books, clothing, and so forth) is accepted.
5. Just don't be an asshole, alright?
Saint Flora's has several empty school buildings. Some of the classrooms are used for storage. There's a three floor dormitory on campus. As well as a tennis court, swimming pool, and a large gym with equipment. A few stray dogs and cats might have moved in before Niina got a chance. These definitely aren't mascots. (A map is in progress).
There's also many flower gardens around the campus and a small stone chapel settled in one. The gardens are tended to by mainly human NPCs that Niina has made arrangements with.
The admin building has several rooms for donations and a secret catalogue of the names of all the human staff so that outsiders can't hunt them down. You have to protect the help, after all.
