Name: Niina Yamada Voice Actor: Nina Tamaki Monster Type: Simulacrum Age: 16 Height: 154 cm Weight: That's rude to ask. Birthday: March 28 Blood Oil Type:A Unknown
Residence:Apartment 403 at the 13-8 Living Complex The principal's office at Saint Flora's Academy Job: Stock room worker at a local grocer's in Bavan, run by an old couple that somehow were endeared to her gruff manner before her changes started. Now they're happy that the scrawny looking teenager apparently now has the stamina to keep up with the work. Alignment: Fog, Tier Two
Death Count: One, during the hanahaki event in 2022
Mechanized Inner Workings: Organs, including the brain, are mechanical in nature. Metal pumps, coils, etc. Blood is replaced by a greasy black sludge-like oil. While gross looking, it's practically harmless except it makes anything smell like an auto shop and stains clothing easily.
Voicebox: Niina speaks from a speaker located at the base of her head. She always has a slightly tinny, artificial tone to her voice. When she's upset or injured, her voice fluctuates like a broken radio speaker including more static. Her voice can also oscillate between a whisper and a shout when this happens, like an out of tune Vocaloid. These noises can only be as someone shouting but can be eerie or annoying depending on the situation.
Robotic Body: Her body is completely inorganic. Her limb muscles are replaced by pistons, due to this her limbs look rather skeletal but are still stronger than a human. Her hands resemble prosthetic hands, with small triangle LED lights embedded into the first knuckles. These lights glow a dim red and conceal her feeding cables. Her feet are shaped like the boots she had in her Reflector outfit including brass accents.
Her paint job is based on her Reflector outfit, as well. With her hands and feet painted a deep purple with the rest of her body being in various shades of purple from almost black on her limbs to almost white on her chassis. To compliment this, her silver and red ring has fused to her finger. This also matches the LEDs on her hands.
Cybernetic Head: Her hair is replaced by synthetic fibers, permanently dyed to the gradient her Reflector self has. Her ears are replaced by sensors hidden by her hair. Her face is replaced by a cybernetic screen. She can see through it even when the screen isn't projecting an image (such as when she's hunting). It can project simple emoticons as her facial expressions. Including things like angry anime veins or 'tears'. In moments of duress, this 'face' disappears and a 'loading' screen appears. The face is colored on a sliding scale of blue to red depending on emotion. Blue is positive and red is negative.
Viewing Window: Her chassis includes a tinted window made out of glass that allows her internal organs to be seen. At a distance the view is obscured.
Junkyard Chic: Unfortunately, whatever sleekness her robot body might have had is ruined by the fact that the paint is bubbling and cracking in places. Raw, rusty steel pokes out in the joints and her finger tips where the most use is seen.
Increased Endurance: Her love for Onee-sama has no bounds, neither does her endurance.
Weakness to Water: Direct contact with water to her inner workings will make her short circuit. This will lead to various malfunctions depending on location. From confusion to severe pain.
Weakness to Magnets: Putting them near her head will trigger massive disorientation.
Energy Feeding: Must feed on the energy of humans at least once a month. The nerve cables in her hands are concealed by the LED lights on her hands. The fibers from each hand entwine into cable, one for each hand. The ends of the cable can separate into the thinner wires when connected for better feeding access. Can connect to batteries or electrical sockets to 'snack' on electricity from other sources.
Subservience: Before becoming a monster, Niina was very prone to form loyal bonds. Now, it's almost a compulsion. For strangers or acquaintances it's hard to turn down simple tasks, such as loaning them a few solars. She might make a smart remark about it, to try to downplay it. For those she's closer to, she might even be willing to hunt for them, for example. She might even try to 'think' of what they want before they ask. If she doesn't think well of you she probably will ignore the orders with some minor drain to her batteries. She will also try to ignore orders that she really doesn't want to do. Depending on what the order is, she might end up doing it anyway. For example: someone asks her to apologize to someone else might be resisted but ultimately done while asking her to leave the Fog God probably will be outright ignored without consideration unless the person asking is very, very, very trusted by her.)
Inquisitive Nature: An insatiable need to seek out novel knowledge. Will gain an appreciation for disassembling electronics. She'll buy even more books to seek out the contents. Trivia collecting will be another hobby. She will also browse the network even more, as well as eavesdrop on more public events.
Blunt Demeanor: An already aggressive, bitter person this makes her take an even more black and white view of the world. Everything has to be a 1 or 0.
- The smallest size room in Dyster which Niina actually loves; she stays there far too often. She's like a cat in a box. Surely this won't have any consequences! (It will.)
- Revival in Dyster after 2-3 days
- Instinctual knowledge of her hunger. (Which currently she's happy to know is far out there. Thanks, Fogmom!)
- Her original Reflector ring gem glows ominously despite not actually being a light (like the other 'false' gems on her hands will be).
- She's able to suddenly brighten the light in her ring to temporarily blind a single person who's looking at it for about a minute, if a monster (with permission) and about five if human. She has to be fairly close to them, about five feet or so. Unlike a normal bright light, this can happen regardless of the surrounding light levels. She can only do this once a day. She'll eventually use this to stun prey or opponents during a fight.
Tier Two
-Bigger room in Dyster
-Instant resurrection in Dyster
-Secondary feeding method: Flesh. Her feeding cables can now eat little bits of non-human food as well, as long as it isn't too wet.
-Second Power: The ability to go into a berserker state similar but not quite like a troll. In this state, her strength and speed (about 1.5x stronger) is enhanced though she's not invulnerable like a troll is. She merely ignores the damage done to her due to her anger. That is, fatal wounds still are fatal. She just doesn't realize they're fatal until she actually dies. She also only attacks non-Fog aligned humans or monsters. She can only do this once a day.
-Major Body Mod: Retractable blades in her feet, like permanent shoe knives. The blades are about two inches long and not more durable than normal simulacrum body parts but are normal knife sharp.
